Hi, I’m Jenn. I’ve lived in the Reno/Tahoe area for 30yrs and have been a local Cosmetologist in Reno/Sparks for 25yrs where I’ve enjoyed building relationships with my clients and helping them look and feel amazing. While caring for my mom, I wanted to change directions into wellness to be able to help her and many others feel their best with Massage and stretch therapy. I am passionate about creating a healing environment that supports both physical and mental well-being. Whether I’m working with athletes or seniors, through therapeutic massage techniques, I help clients reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and support recovery from everyday physical strain. I’m committed to providing care that helps the body heal and the mind unwind.

In my free time I love fitness and nutrition and if I’m not inside meal prepping you will find me outdoors… hiking, running, kayaking, paddleboarding and spending time with my dog and two grown boys and their families.

  • Swedish Massage—-Light to medium pressure allowing muscles to relax and activate the parasympathetic nervous system

  • Hot Stone

    Heated Basalt stones allow for deeper relaxation while soothing muscle tension

  • Cupping

    Using cups to suction and increase circulation and blood flow to the affected area. Helps to decompress tissue for better range of motion.

  • Active Isolated Stretching

    Stretching techniques to improve range of motion and reduce muscle tension

  • Trigger point therapy

    Slow specific pressure applied to deactivate hyperirritable areas of skeletal muscle (knots)

Pricing rates are based on session length rather than technique as each session is tailored to your unique needs often employing multiple techniques in one session.

Cancellation Policy

I respect your time and are happy that you have devoted this time to your health. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a pre-scheduled appointment, please provide me with a minimum of 24hr notice. This will allow me the opportunity to give a waiting client your cancelled appointment time. Appointments not cancelled in this manner will be subject to a minimum charge of $50. A “No-call, No-show” will be subject to the full session fee. Emergencies will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
